  • Cripes, he moved here when he was 12, went to American schools and trained here. I think he's American enough for the title for sure. He's not like some other athletes who come here a yr or so before and train here, then play for our team. He's a citizen fair and square. Leave him alone.

  • Benramz2, I'm with you. I'm allergic to the flu shot, and was told not to get my daughter vaccinated either. I'm fine with that - this thing has not been tested enough, and for all these pregnant women going in and getting the shot scares the crap out of me.

  • I like Obama, really, but the Nobel Peace Prize?? Come on... the guy hasn't been in office for even a year yet!! Why not wait and see if his promises actually work out and he is able to help garner even a little peace in the middle east before giving him a prize like this!

  • Bshopper - what a refreshing attitude from one who's actually served. I too was in the AF, though not as long as you. I knew both gays and lesbians, those I thought were either gay or lesbian and weren't, and in reality - it just didn't matter.

  • It's easy for us to say "are you kidding me? They fell for that??".... well, when you're at that stage of cancer and know for a fact you're going to die, I assume anything sounds good by that time.
